"Advert Text for Localisation Testers

Do not miss this unique opportunity to work and live in the spiritual home of the video game - Japan. Working at Capcom's headquarters in Osaka you will be part of a newly formed team of localisation testers. The main responsibilities will be to test pre-release video games, ensure that the in-game language meets internal and external quality standards and to carry out software evaluation.

We are looking for native level German and Italian speakers who are also:

+ Keen gamers;
+ Have excellent written and oral communication skills in one of the above languages and English;
+ Have a keen eye for detail;
+ Willing to relocate to Osaka for a minimum of one year;
+ Are over 18 years old.

Previous testing experience is advantageous, but not essential, and preference will be given to candidates who have an understanding of written and/or spoken Japanese. The salary range is £13,000 to £16,000 + subsidised accommodation.
